Return / Refund Policy
– For amendment 14 days or more before service date.
– No-show on service date: 100% of total invoice charged.
– Amendment must be in writing (email/WhatsApp with acknowledgment).
– Amendment is possible if that weather, sea condition or force majeure
 
Shipping / Fulfilment Policy
– All e-tickets / vouchers will be sent via email or WhatsApp within 24 hours after payment confirmation.
– For package purchases, itinerary details will be provided in PDF format.
– We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect customer information.

– All customer personal information (name, address, phone number, email) will be kept confidential and only used for booking purposes.
– We will not share customer data with third parties without consent.
– Payment information is processed securely in accordance with banking security standards.
